About the role: The Marketing Manager will have proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate. A solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Good Analytics, SEMRush) with experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics as well as processing figures with spreadsheets. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication, while staying up to date with the latest and best practices in marketing is required.
What you will be responsible for:
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
- Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of services
- Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and servicing pricing
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Partner with residential service, residential construction, property management & commercial teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
- Oversee all aspects of the collaboration and participation regarding promotional activities and trade shows
- Oversee corporate branding
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy
- All other duties assigned.
What qualifications you will need:
- Lead generation/biz development experience preferred
- Agency experience preferred

Required Skills/Education:
- Great communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to lead, supervise, and train within the department
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Masters degree preferred
- 5-7 years marketing experience preferred (minimum 4 years required)
Office Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
