JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Marketing & Communications Manager leads and supports marketing and communications strategies for a designated LifePoint facility or group of facilities. The manager is responsible for development and oversight of marketing and communications strategies, working collaboratively with all departments to ensure all collateral materials, advertisements, communications, and activities accurately reflect and support Healthcare brand and message expectations. The manager has a dotted line reporting relationship to the HSC Marketing and Communications teams.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations-related field)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Ability to work independently
- Acute care experience is preferred
- Critical thinking skills and incredible attention to detail
Nice-To-Haves
- Community Hospital Experience
- Working knowledge of the Lee County area
- Strong writing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
