We seek a Marketing Assistant to handle marketing duties, social media, and external communications.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The ideal applicant will have a marketing background and a strong work ethic. We are seeking someone with a winning, positive attitude that has excellent communication skills and works well independently while handling multiple tasks.

Requirements
- Manage multiple weekly, monthly, and seasonal email campaigns utilizing Constant Contact.
- Manage social media across various platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Track analytics and make recommendations. Hootsuite experience is a plus.
- Manage and maintain our Google My Business page and make strategic recommendations. based upon analytics for content curation.
- Track website analytics and provide monthly reports utilizing Google Sheets/Excel.
- SEO Marketing (Google Ad Words) to drive website traffic and subscribers.
- Coordinate and manage scheduled ad campaigns utilizing brand guidelines.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and community events, including coordinating materials, delivery, and set up of displays and magazines.
- Coordinate logistics and manage the marketing collateral needs of the sales department including media kits, sales fliers, andpromotional swag.
- Conduct research through surveys and focus groups to identify trends and provide marketing intel.
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
- Videography skills are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
