3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday 11:00pm – 7:30am)

$19.00/hr (Base hourly rate + shift differential for working 3rd shift)

Abrasive Technology is currently seeking a 3rd shift energetic professional to join our manufacturing team. This position is located at our Lewis Center, OH facility.

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Good manual dexterity with the ability to work with very small parts under a microscope.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace.
• Desire to take initiative, demonstrate internal drive for results.
• Must be able to prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to relative importance.
• Ability to comprehend and successfully follow documented procedures.
• May be required to wear a respirator.

Education/Training Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No experience necessary and training will be provided, but experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills-communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20-35lbs.
• Desire to bring a positive attitude to your team and work every day.
• Basic computer skills.
