The Job:
Blue River Wood Products is currently seeking full-time production & general labor workers for all shifts. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met promptly while observing the highest safety and quality standards. As a Manufacturing Associate, your team relies on your efforts. Therefore, you will need to be reliable and punctual and regularly perform physical and repetitive tasks that support your production and team's goals.

In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met promptly while observing the highest safety and quality standards. As a Manufacturing Associate, your team relies on your efforts. Therefore, you will need to be reliable and punctual and regularly perform physical and repetitive tasks that support your production and team's goals.
Compensation:
Manufacturing Laborer: Starting wage for the first 60 days for the
Day Shift is $16.25; for the
Night Shift, it is $17.82. After the 60-day introductory period, you can make additional wages with quality and production bonuses.

Schedules:
Day Shift Schedule: (6:30 am – 5:00 pm) Monday-Friday
Day Shift Schedule: (6:30 am – 5:00 pm) Monday-Friday
Night Shift Schedule: (6:30 pm – 5:00 am) Monday-Friday
Essential Duties Performed by a Manufacturing Laborer
- Keep up with fast-paced workplace and production speeds.
- Enjoys hands-on work
- Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
- Work cooperatively with other employees and supervisors.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
