Let’s Talk About the Job: Full Time Production Team Members

The Production & Assembly team plays a vital role in the success of the Inland team with a variety of tasks including:

- Packages labels and preparing them for shipping

- Performs a variety of quality checks to ensure we are meeting customer specifications

- Operates manual and automatic shrink wrapper

- Prepares cartons for packaging labels

- Transports materials using powered hand trucks

- Adhere to all Inland Safety Standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

- High school diploma or general education degree required

- Ability to work well with others

- Highly motivated and detail oriented

Work Environment:

Operates in a demanding, fast-paced, people-oriented manufacturing environment with frequent changes and interruptions, and multiple project assignments.

Work Schedule:

Rotating 12 hour shifts, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Work schedule will be as follows:
Week One: Work Three Days Per Week

Week Two: Work Four Days Per Week

Every Other Weekend OFF!

Pay:

Starting pay for this role is between $14 -$16 with advancement opportunities, weekend compensation bonuses and a comprehensive benefit program.

Physical Requirements:

Must meet physical requirements identified in work screen protocol; visual acuity corrected to 20/40; must pass Ishihara Color Assessment and receive a minimum of average/normal color vision score on the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hues and D-15.
