Position Summary
This individual is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of the assigned Imaging Services to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and Imaging Services practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between Imaging Services, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. This position requires organization and interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies, procedures, and programs. This position will provide management and leadership for all administrative and technical operations of Diagnostic Imaging Services (Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Radiation Oncology, and Breast Health Services). Imaging Services include hospital based imaging as well as outpatient services performed in both the Pavilion and Imaging Center.
Minimum Requirements
Education/Licenses/Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree and three years relevant experience required. An Associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree required, provided the individual commits to pursuing and completing the degree within a specified time frame.
Master’s degree preferred
Satisfactory completion of formal imaging technology training in an AMA approved school
Registry or registry eligible for ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB and current Washington State Certification if applicable

- Three (3) years progressively more responsible supervisory or management experience
Education/Licenses/Certifications

Managers at all levels participate in our Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) which pays out annually based on system, business unit or individual performance.
Compensation Range:
M28 - Min: $58.09-Max: $83.59
