Position Overview:

In this very impactful role, you would lead a team that delivers managed file transfer and API platform services to internal and external customers. This role would become the face of the customers for this team in architecting, solutioning and delivering critical Business-to-Business (B2B) services between internal and external stakeholders. You would maintain and manage the customer backlog for managed file transfer and API connections and drive the team to deliver them as per the business requirements.

• Our team provides the administration, support and maintenance of a diverse set of ITOps services and platforms for Business users, based on various Commercial Off-The-Shelf products that we deploy and manage.
• Engineer automation and orchestration designs to help provide seamless and highly available solutions.
• We collaborate with Business, Applications, Infrastructure, Platform, Info-Sec, L1/L2/Operations Center, and cloud teams to understand their requirements and deliver Managed File Transfer and centralized API services.
• Align with the Service Delivery and Operations strategy and play a crucial role in delivering key achievements to increase our overall IT Stability and Reliability posture.

Your Impact:

• Provide value driven services using various MFT and API products like IBM Sterling and Google Edge Private Cloud (Apigee)
• Become a primary owner/accountable party to maintain a backlog of customer requests and service roadmap, and ensure health and stability of the platform, including incident troubleshooting and support (on-call).
• You will lead a dedicated team of engineers responsible for handling Secure File Transfer and API platform.
• Be the face of our B2B service organization to the customers in delivery and consulting services for their requirements.
• Increase awareness of B2B Services capabilities to the customers to nurture adoption of services.
• Build a marketable and consumable portfolio of B2B services for stakeholders.
• Work with various tool vendors to realize return on investment on the tools with value-based services.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience working with secure Managed File Transfer and API tools, like IBM Sterling and Google Edge Private Cloud (Apigee)
• Advanced knowledge and experience of PKI (Private Key Infrastructure), Identity Access Management and secure transfer protocols like SFTP, ConnectDirect, HTTPS
• Experience working in a mature ITSM (IT Service Management) framework, including change, incident and problem management.
• Exposure to Cloud Services, like AWS (Amazon Web Services), Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working in an Agile based environment (JIRA, Betterworks)
