If is sounds interesting, we want you to join our maintenance team! We are expanding our Maintenance Department and looking to add Maintenance Technicians for our De Pere location. As a part of the team, you would help solve daily mechanical and electrical problems while performing maintenance for all company equipment and fixtures. Hours:

• PM Shift - 4:00pm to 4:00am – (Training will be on current 1st shift schedule 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.) NOT A SWING SHIFT
• 12 hour shifts, 3 days on, 4 days off rotation
• Occasional overtime as needed
• On-Call rotation, approximately 4 weekends per year, starts after 1 year

Pay:

• $23+ per hour starting pay (based on experience)
• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours! Overtime after 36 hours worked.

Position Overview

In this position you will be expected to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment as needed during both breakdowns and preventative situations. This position requires a motivated individual who works safely in a team based environment. They need to have a strong ability to schedule and prioritize work, and to complete it in a timely manner. Good troubleshooting and analyzing skills are a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Position Requirements

Education and experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in electrical or electro-mechanical, or two (2) years maintenance experience.

Skills:

• Ability to use basic hand tools, and power tools
• Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical print/schematics, including symbols, component ID and locating, PLC card I/O, and various types of prints for US, Canadian and European manufacturers.
• Ability to use an electrical meter, interpret electrical signals, basic programing of motor controllers and operate HMI/OIT equipment.
• Perform Preventative and Predictive Maintenance functions
• Basic knowledge of automation and process control systems that integrate PCs, PLCs, AC or DC Drives, Position Controllers, single or multi-loop controllers
