Directly responsible for maintaining plant machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance work, troubleshooting and machine repairs, installation, and improvement of injection mold-related equipment. This includes but is not limited to air compressors and compressed air dryers, chillers, cooling towers, vacuum pumps, and equipment, injection molding equipment, conveyor systems, grinding systems, hydraulic systems, resin transport, and dryer systems, Some robotic automation and repair. Some building maintenance and improvements in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. are required.

1. Injection Molding Machine Repair/Maintenance
2. Automation Repair/Maintenance
3. Building Repair/Maintenance
4. Light Fabrication
5. Preventative Maintenance of Equipment
6. Shadowing Of Colleges for learning opportunities

Education:

· High School Diploma or GED.
· Two-year vocational school or college certificate preferred

Experience:

· Minimum two (2) years of related experience
· Understanding of Electrical, Hydraulic, and Mechanical Principles.
· Spreadsheet and Word Processing software experience.

Skills:

· Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude are required as well as strong communication skills.
· Employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and or operations of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
