Summary: Maintains all building systems and equipment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Facilities Technician is to safely and efficiently perform top-quality operational duties on a daily basis which include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Maintains all building heating and AC units
- Maintains chillers, towers, and factory air compressors and air dryers
- Maintains and installs building and production plumbing
- Maintains and installs water/oil separators, hallway pits pumps, and building lights
- Performs other work related duties and tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Group Leader.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Qualifications: HVAC certificate, knowledge of chillers, towers, air compressors/dryers, plumbing, separators and pumps.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical training from military, vocational/technical school or college. Five years experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial maintenance department.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend sufficient English to follow work instructions and blueprints. Must be able to communicate well verbally with others.
Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills and counting ability required.
Reasoning Ability: Strong reasoning ability to troubleshoot machines. Must work well with little supervision.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to achieve and retain a forklift and boom lift license.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
