MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Leads the business through oversight of the day to day maintenance in accordance with current federal, state and local standards/regulations and company policies. Leads others through oversight and development of the maintenance services and housekeeping team members. Leads the business through effective preventative maintenance. Leads by example in performing emergency preparedness and response duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 2 – 3 years as an Maintenance Director or Maintenance Director at a Long-Term Care Facility.
- Experience in preventative maintenance functions
- Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management
- Effective communication skills
- Strong financial judgment
- Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email.
- Desire to work with older adults and their families
