Mailroom Attendants Job at Clean-Tech Company
Job Duties is as follow:
- Daily pick up mail from the Ada Post Office.
- Daily deliver certified mail to the Ada Post Office.
- Reading of unidentifiable mail (and directing to correct location)
- Operating a mail meter and applying postage
- Preparing outbound mail for presort
- Hilo driving (including courier requests via Yard Hilo)
- Mail sorting and delivery to all locations on Fulton Street complex, Spaulding, and owned businesses of the Van Andel and DeVos families in Grand Rapids.
- Pick up of Internal Material Requisitions (IMRs) from MWRSC and delivery to all locations on complex, Spaulding, and family owned business in Grand Rapids.
- Receipt and entering of UPS, FedEx, and OHL packages into UPS TrackPad for internal tracking.
- Delivery of UPS, FedEx, and OHL packages to all locations on complex, Spaulding, and family owned businesses in Grand Rapids.
- Processing of certified mail.
- Prepare mail to go to Kent Communications ("KCI") to have postage applied and be sent out.
- Answer customer questions.
- Weekly pouching of interoffice mail to affiliates and service centers.
- Movement of packages via Courier Request from department to department on complex, Spaulding, and family owned businesses in Grand Rapids.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus.
Physical and Working Conditions
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.
Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold.
