Currently looking for an energetic, highly motivated, passionate Luxury Fragrance Brand Ambassador in Miami area for a luxury company.

We are looking for a result-driven retail Brand Ambassador to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sale.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The key objective of our brand ambassadors is to provide a fabulous shopping experience and strengthen the customer-product-service relationship to maximize brand awareness resulting in the achievement of all sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for exceeding sales goals in assigned doors.

• Drive retail sales through education, demonstration and providing a professional consultation to customers on perfume | beauty products.

• Develop positive relationships and collaborate with all levels of sales staff | management to maximize brand awareness and sales support.

• Create a luxury retail experience while engaging the customer through the sale.

• Maintain image standards at all times to assure the luxury experience is conveyed to every client.

• Emulate the brands inspiration to consumer through brand representation for all launches & events.

• Maintain counter excellence adhering to brand and retailers guidelines.

• Ensure all brand | retailer standards and objectives are met.

• Follow all hygiene guidelines is a must. Being sanitary and hygienic is important for everyone’s health.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably 2+years experience in beauty retail or service industry.

• Must have a fire in the belly passion and determination to succeed in the beauty retail industry.

• Possess a positive work attitude, an urgency to assist | engage with customers and be a good team player.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business including all key moments, weekends, evenings and holidays.

• Effective communication skills and professionalism with all levels of management, sales associates and customers.

• A proven track record of achieving personal and territory sales goals.

• Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner.

• Meet the physical demand to stand for up to 8 hours.

SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT | VIDEO COMMUNICATION

• Use your social media influence to share your knowledge & expertise on specific brand, product or event during your assignment. Make posts by tagging the brand, location and retailer to your audience to engage and raise brand awareness.

• Engage virtually with zoom meetings to stay current and in the know of all CStaffing, brand communication and sales performance.
