- PRN shift (rotate weekends, various shifts)
In this role you will:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
- Collect and document patient intake data. Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Provide patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences
- Assist with routine clinic support activities
- Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
- Maintain appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy
- Assist with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN, LVN program
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
