Loss Prevention Specialist- Weekly Pay
This position requires 40 hours with a 5 day work week.
DESCRIPTION
A Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for proactive prevention of shortages caused by internal theft, external theft, fraud, and paperwork errors.
Qualifications
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyzes internal transactions to determine risk.
- Assists in external and internal theft cases (e.g., reviews security camera footage, partners with manager/associate on proper prevention techniques.)
- Coaches Associates on best practices as directed (e.g., proper return/exchange procedures, cash handling, etc.)
- Communicates potential risk promptly to Manager
- Conducts daily audits as needed
Qualifications
- 1 Experience Required
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency with Excel preferred
- High school diploma or GED required.
