Your Role:
Our Loss Mitigation Representatives drive our loss mitigation team! Our representatives use innovative tools and methods to locate customers and move accounts towards a successful outcome. Each representative has a great opportunity to have ownership and reduce risk for the company by establishing strong methods and practices and helping to develop a great team. Part of this role includes the freedom to negotiate and establish relationships with our vendors and be a part of change as we use the best tools and methods to complete the job! We value collaboration with our specialists and encourage voices to be heard when thinking about improvements that can be made to the process, the customer experience, and company.

What it boils down to:
- Locate customers using basic and advanced skip tracing tools
- Communicate with third parties for the purpose of acquiring customers’ location information
- Search private databases, public records and the world wide web
- Communicate with vendors in order to complete transportation of the vehicle
- Fully work all accounts in a queue until the end of the process
- Work with customers in order to collect payments and redeem vehicles
- Carefully stay up to date with and follow all loss mitigation policies
- Protect privacy of customer’s information
- Notate customers’ accounts for next action
- Meet and exceed company and client goals
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Comply with all office policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Experience multitasking (answering calls, taking payments, doing research), managing and prioritizing workload
- Basic experience working with computers, Google Workspace, and similar technology
- Experience using Dealer Socket IDMS, FEX, Advantage GPS tracking preferred
- Experience Using Recovery Database Network (RDN) or similar preferred
- Experience negotiating with debtors, 3rd parties, repo agents, transport companies preferred
- Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant federal, state and local collection regulations including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
