Runway Bar & Restaurant is a small American Casual Dining venue located independently of the CCBC Resort Hotel, which not only serves the public and resort guests.

Current Hours:

• CLOSED: Mondays & Tuesdays
• Noon to 8 pm Wednesday thru Friday
• 8 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sundays

In addition to regular food/drink service, Runway also hosts live entertainment on select evenings.

Job Brief:

• We are looking for an ambitious Cook who loves to serve people amazing food
• Should be willing to step in where needed and work as part of a dedicated team
• Must take direction from Owners and Managers but be capable of leading when needed

Must Haves*

• Must have a VALID Riverside County Food Handlers Card.
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Requirements

• Proven experience as line cook or Jr. Chef
• Proven Food Safety execution at all times
• Great communication skills
• Excellent personal hygiene
• Maintain a courteous, friendly, inclusive, enthusiastic, professional and substance abuse-free work environment, even under pressure
• Must be able to arrive for work shifts on time, take breaks, clock-in and clock out electronically as well as on written break sheets as per Company policy
