Come make a difference in Seniors' lives by providing activities that will meet the social, physical, spiritual, and cognitive needs. This individual will have the ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles and embrace Walker Methodist's Mission: Life. And all the living that goes with it. Enhancing the lives of older adults through a culture of care, respect, and service.
Schedule:
Part-Time - 16 hours per pay period
Minimum qualifications:
- One year of experience in an assisted living, independent or long-term care environment preferred
- Musical skills are a major PLUS!
- Engaging, enthusiastic and willing to learn and overflowing with creativity to share in planning new activities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Minnesota driver's license with good driving record
- Passion to work with seniors and help them experience life to the fullest
- Heightened awareness of dementia and the aging process
