Licensed Practical Nurse Job at Pinehurst Nephrology Associates
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in an outpatient setting, as well as performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments.
- Assist with medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
