This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a future leader in our organization. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to our nursing home staff
• Focused on the future
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the facility
• Oversee the hiring and training of staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:

• An unencumbered LNHA license that is active in the state of Ohio
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance

Pay: $80,000.00 - $98,957.00 per year
