Hillside Counseling is a premier multi-therapist private practice. We compassionately serve adults, adolescents, individuals and couples. Helping people with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, relationship discord, bi-polar, borderline personality disorder, etc. We currently have offices in Burleson and Mansfield, Texas - inclusively seeing people from Arlington to Fort Worth to Cleburne and more. Additionally we have a new building that is being built - and we are excited for out continued growth.

Some of what you will do / Requirements to come on board

• Be able to build rapport with client(s).
• Have experience in helping clients experiencing those diagnoses and conditions: depression, anxiety, symptoms of trauma, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, complicated grief, substance abuse, and relationship issues.
• Be ready, willing, and able to sit with another person (or couple or family) while s/he is in pain or hurting or on their last-ditch effort to save a marriage.
• Help clients in ALL stages of change.
• Have a non-judgmental frame of work

Requirements to apply and be work here

• Licensed in the state of Texas as a LPC or LMFT
• Experience working with adolescents, adults and relationships
• Understanding of the DSM V
• Able to manage an average of 28 sessions a week for a full time caseload.
• Have a passion for making a difference through therapy and continuing to grow!
