Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support private banking officers on new loans and new account
  • Monitor daily workflow and operation
  • Develop and maintain multiple tracking reports for the department (production, referrals to other units, status monitoring etc.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, travel and appointments for the team
  • Create meeting agendas and take notes for those meeting
  • Assist with expense report
  • Data entry and monitoring of the CRM
  • Data entry for mortgages, business express loans and commercial/consumer credit card
  • Assist with compliance for mortgages and other loans as necessary
  • Scan and secure file transfer for all financials associated with credit processes
  • Assist with marketing related activities such as event planning and client tracking
  • Notarize loan document
  • Additional projected as needed

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Sense of urgency
  • Excellent computer knowledge (including a strong understanding of excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Banking and/or mortgage background is a plus

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00.
