Job Summary

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for performing various leasing functions that are necessary to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities. These functions include but are not limited to leasing vacant apartments, providing customer service to prospects and residents, and performing administrative tasks to aid the property manager and main office.

Our team members are representative of the company as a whole and we expect the utmost professionalism in all duties performed at our properties.

Responsibilities
Marketing/Leasing
  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in office & on site.
  • Greet prospective residents, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails and handle them accordingly. These communications include but are not limited to leasing and applications, current client needs, questions, and service requests. As with all communications, difficult or emotional interactions will be handled with care and professionalism.
  • Inspect “market ready” vacancies and common areas daily to ensure cleanliness and preparedness. Report needs to property manager.
  • Update online advertising to reflect current availability and pricing on a weekly basis.
  • Occasionally perform external market outreach at nearby businesses, organizations, etc.
Administrative
  • Correctly compile all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results, and complete lease signing process.
  • Continually complete up to date Guest Card information forms on all clients and perform follow-ups.
  • Physically inspect properties, pick up litter and report any service needs to property manager.
  • Inventory office supplies on a periodic basis. Report needs to property manager.
  • Organize and file appropriate reports, leases, and paperwork.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation
