We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing properties. The Leasing Agent will help with leasing units, provide customer service to residents and prospective residents, assist property manager in the operation of the properties to ensure they are maintained effectively.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
