DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time workforce development position works Monday through Friday.

In this workforce development and training position, you help enhance workplace performance by developing and conducting effective training and coaching programs. Your programs help improve the knowledge and skills of our employees and managers. As our resident LMS expert, you develop a variety of training aids, including manuals, guides, handouts, and visual materials, to help optimize learning. Incorporating these resources into your courses, you schedule live training opportunities, track employee enrollment, and document training completion.

You ensure our employees are aware of all available courses and consistently promote new opportunities for learning. Alongside our trainers, you create courses in the LMS, including quizzes to validate employee learning and programs to achieve compliance training requirements. Highly driven to innovate, you avidly explore new training technologies and software solutions to help elevate the courses you create. REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• 3+ years of in-depth LMS experience
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Familiarity with the course creation software that is within the LMS such as Rise, Articulate 360, and Adobe Captivate
• Proficiency with handling, editing, and creating multimedia or digital content
• Must complete the Cultural Index survey sent out after submitting the application
