Lead SAP IT Business Analyst Job at Kellogg Company
As the IT Business Analyst Lead, you will help deliver multi-functional projects and initiatives that require SAP security technical activities, controls implementation and oversight. This position will ensure a successful implementation of security role designs, while adhering to Kellogg’s Security standards and activities for Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit requirements.
You will collaborate with business users and other IT teams to ensure business requirements, needs and concerns are addressed and properly aligned with the IT SAP security standards.
Must have experience with SAP GRC and SAP Security.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Working with Business to identify and document SAP security design requirements- Completing the security role design, development, test and implementation according to project schedules
- Ensuring adherence to SOX and other audit/control requirements in the SAP Security space
- Providing technical reviews for SAP security changes requested by the sustainment organization in the legacy environments
- Coordinating with the IT Role Architect and SAP Security changes or new requirements to SAP Business Roles as appropriate
- Experience with SAP GRC 12 Security and exposure to role management solutions
- Understanding of SAP security authorization concepts across ECC, BI, BW, CRM, SCM, PI, SAP GRC, FIORI and Portal systems

Experience with SAP GRC 10.x Security and exposure to role management solutions- Extensive understanding of SAP security authorization concepts Sarbanes Oxley, General Computing Controls exposure
- Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues without management oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop effective relationships within IT and business teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
- Understanding of SAP security authorization concepts across ECC, BI, BW, CRM, SCM, PI, SAP GRC, and Portal systems
- Understanding of SAP transactions code and SAP authorization objects
