We are looking for Lead Remodel Carpenters to join our team! We are a Remodeling company located in Mill Creek WA and servicing North King County and broader Snohomish County. We are a group of true professionals who have a lot of fun together and take our responsibilities seriously. As a Lead, you will:

• Manage multiple projects with bags on & and assist teams in production
• Manages job-side client communications, change orders, material verifications, trade scheduling project changes, etc.)
• Must have at least five years’ experience in carpentry, preferably in remodeling
• Able and eager to mentor and direct less skilled carpenters according to company policy while adhering to quality standards
• Must be willing and comfortable using construction software apps and using a mobile phone to communicate for work, track your time, and read scopes & specs.
• Should have a standard personal collection of carpentry and remodeling tools to use for work
• Must have a clean driving record, personal van/truck is a plus
• Minimum Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United State
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for the position (bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, etc.
• Must be willing to take a background check for the company
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Must have a smartphone and be willing to use it for work purposes
• May be assigned to wear a respirator and/or self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) as needed.
• Desired Skills:
• Proven experience in construction management and execcution of all phases
• Proven track record of excellence in pre-planning, communication and juggling priorities.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality control & health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership & training abilities
• Certification in project management/construction management
• Certifications in lift training, respirator fit, fall prevention, confined spaces, CPR
