Job Summary:

The Lead IT Support will be responsible for leading the IT Support Analysts that provide level one technical support to the end users of Englewood Health System. This includes supporting all IT related tickets not resolved by service desk analysts. Strong working knowledge of software applications, networking and server support. Point of contact for all urgent issues by resolving incidents and requests that includes interfacing with physician, clinical and C level staff throughout the main campus and remote locations.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• A minimum of five to seven years’ of experience in a desktop support position required. Executive/Physician technical support experience is a plus.
• Proficient in planning and estimating, Great organizational and communication skills, leadership and technical proficiency.
• Demonstrated abilities to work with team members and to quickly deliver while balancing budget, time and expectations.
• Key skill sets include: strong interpersonal skills, superior communication and presentation skills, and relationship building skills.
• Five+ years’ experience in a marketing or an outreach capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with 3+ years’ experience in managing/mentoring a team.
• Strong project management skills, including program start up experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; knowledge of Power Point and Access.
• Experience managing projects.
• Networking technology, Vendor Management, and VIP Support experience are preferred.
• Remote site experience, preferably in a physician practice.

Education Requirements: College degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business preferred or equivalent of five to seven years in related field.
