Kings Heating & Air Conditioning has been providing HVAC with integrity to homeowners, builders, and contractors since its inception. We are a small family owned and operated shop who strongly values family and personal time. Kings has been in business for almost 40 years. Our hours of operation are M-F from 7am till 4pm. Some departments may vary depending on the scope of work and job durations. We always encourage taking time on jobs to get it done properly to assure a quality installation for the homeowner. We do not encourage speeding through jobs where mistakes are typically made which also leads to frustrated employees.

Kings Heating & Air Conditioning has one main shop that is located in Lynnwood, WA off HWY 99. We have a reliable install department, an honest sales team, optimistic office staff and awesome owners whose objective is to assure all employees receive the most benefits and best pay to live a comfortable fulfilling life in and outside of work!

Location

Our shop is located in Lynnwood, WA just off of Highway 99. We work as far north as Camano/Stanwood area, as far east as Duvall and Snohomish and as far south as Seattle.

Job Responsibilities

• Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate , thorough and timely manner;
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required;
• Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs;
• Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer’s home;
• Properly complete paperwork;
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional;
• Have and maintain a clean driving record;
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams;
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this!
• If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging then we may have a spot for you;
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out;
• Keep your truck inventory up to date;
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Job Requirements

• Current and valid driver’s license
• Must possess knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes
• Neat and professional appearance
• Clean criminal background
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.
• Must be comfortable climbing on ladders.

Education & Experience Requirement

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• HVAC experience required to apply for lead HVAC installer position. No HVAC experience required for our apprenticeship program.
