Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Lead Catering Server for our Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, PA. This opportunity is part-time with benefits including competitive pay, 401k, and paid time off.

The primary purpose of the Lead Catering Server position to provide courteous, efficient, and accurate service of meals to Residents, resident guests, and all guests of Morningstar Living. The Lead Catering Server organizes special events from start to finish and follows proper service techniques during service. The Lead Catering Server is also responsible for performing assigned set-up and clean-up tasks, possessing a clear perception of the table dynamics in his/her servicing area and can anticipate the needs of customers to uphold a pleasant dining atmosphere.

What will I do in this role?

• Assist with planning and executing events for Moravian Hall Square and Heritage Village, including events for Sales/Marketing, Administration, as well as other events within Morningstar Living.
• Assure proper preparation of tables
• Provide quality service equally to all residents and their guests
• Report any problems or concerns to the Retail Manager
• Transport soiled dishes and linens to proper areas
• Perform assigned clean-up and sanitation of work areas after each meal
