We are currently looking for a qualified Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Services (IS) department in Richmond, VA. This role is open to remote possibilities.
This role will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders, product owners, developers, and suppliers to design, develop, test, and deliver the integration components that enable Altria’s 10-year vision.

What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with business clients to define, design, document, test and deliver components against a vision that meets our enterprises and AGDCs goals while using innovative technologies
- Leading payment processes and trade program implementation and integration
- Handling the vendor relationship, budget, and contractual obligations
- Providing technical leadership for developers, taking responsibility for standards, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and code quality
- Consulting with multiple Agile / Scrum teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
- Crafting conceptual designs and prototypes to establish shared vision and goals
- Communicating delivery plans to a wide range of business partners verbally and in writing in ways that improve understanding for each participant according to their experiences and job function
- Providing leadership to balance time, cost, and resource constraints to effectively plan, budget, and communicate achievable goals
We want you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related subject areas
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Multiple successful projects completed out using Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops processes including Test Scenario planning, Test Script development, Test Case creation & execution, Test Data Preparation, Defect logging and remediation, and testing progress reporting.
- Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Understanding of software analysis and architecture methodologies
- Experience in a large consumer products or retail business is preferred
- Strong customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
