Work Hours/Shift:
- Full Time
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Sorts wet linen and inspects all linen for stains and tears, removing stained and/or torn linen and placing in designated area for proper processing.
- Pushes filled linen carts to designated area for processing.
- Operates the folders and ironers, sending and catching clean linen to be stacked and placed in linen carts. May fold some linen by hand.
- When alarm sounds, checks machine for fault and resets appropriately. If more than fault, requests assistance from team lead or supervisor.
- Accurately and consistently logs-in and out from E-Vue. Understands and utilizes different E-Vue features, including, but not limited to equipment downtime, engineer’s calls and productivity.

- Basic English verbal and written communication skills (Preferred)
Job Summary:
The Laundry Assistant I operates a variety of laundry equipment including ironers, feeders, folders, etc. The Laundry Assistant I folds, loads and packs clean linen in preparation for delivery. Meets linen production standards set by AdventHealth Laundry. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
