JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mow and edge grounds using power mowers and edger.
- Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, saws, hedge or brush trimmers;
- Remove weeds from bedding areas;
- Water lawns, trees, and plants using portable sprinkler system, watering hose, or watering cans;
- Gather and remove litter and landscape debris;
- Ensure landscape maintenance is completed per the job specifications;
- Demonstrate proper use of landscape equipment;
- Perform minor equipment repairs (where applicable);
- Demonstrate courteous and professional customer service skills;
- Communicate clearly and effectively with crew members and supervisor;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two or more years of prior landscape maintenance experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
