$24 - $26 an hour
This position is a Utility Player that can switch gears easily and help in a variety of areas as needed and seasons dictate. From helping with Work orders to Irrigation installation and maintenance to snow removal and custodial duties.
- Provide repair services on asphalt, concrete, and curbing.
- Landscape renovations and Wetland maintenance
- Replace signs and other property items such as liners, urns, and mailboxes.
- Pressure washing.
- Property clean/pick up and maintenance.
- Graffiti removal.
- Winter services include Irrigation and snow removal.
- Indoor-outdoor plant maintenance
- Mowing, Edging, blowing.
- Outdoor watering techniques for plants
- Pruning and deadheading plants
- Raking, manual, and mechanical weed control
- Clearing of landscape and other debris from landscape bed
- Knowledge of fertilizers and some herbicides
- General shrub and flower planting knowledge
Requirements:
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in the summer heat and winter cold.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Positive Attitude
- Organized and Reliable
- Desire to make things look great.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, property maintenance, or landscaping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
