Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol & Drug Counselor - Willmar or Montevideo
This full time position provides substance use evaluations, consultation, treatment coordination, and education in a variety of settings.
Job Duties:
- Provide substance use evaluations/consultations to clients referred to the program and the detox unit.
- Provide group and/or individual substance use treatment services.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of work and deliver consistent care to clients.
- Be competent in screening for and working with persons with co-occurring disorders.
- Develop/maintain treatment program modalities and education materials.
- Provide treatment coordination services as recommended in substance use assessment to include coordinating with significant others, medical providers, mental health providers, and social services.
- Provide life skills, advocacy, support in accessing treatment follow-up, disease management, and education services including referral and linkages to long-term services and supports.
- Make appropriate referrals.
Requirements:
- The candidate must meet 245G requirements for working in a SUD program.

Pay: $24.82 - $26.81 per hour
