In this position, you will have an opportunity to learn a variety of tasks in several departments. As the workload fluctuates in different product lines, your skills will be used to fill production gaps to keep up with product demand.

General Laborer:

• Knowledge of common shop/power tools, such as grinders, saws, drills, shears, and punches.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Active concern for safety, clean work area, and fellow employees.
• Have pride in the quality of the finished product.
• High level of attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a laborer

Personal Requirements:

• High level of stamina. Must be able to lift, stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn, kneel, and squat for a short period.
• Must be able to lift to 80 pounds at a time.
• Must maintain a clean and respectful personal appearance, wearing a clean uniform when required.
• Must maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
• Must have the drive, passion, and will to succeed. Be self-motivated to find more efficient ways of getting things done.
