Oz Korean BBQ is a family owned and operated restaurant, which specializes in table top barbeque and is equipped with a full bar, established in 2004. Oz was created as an establishment for guests to come enjoy a unique, fun, and interactive dining experience, as well as a great destination to celebrate special occasions. We are known for our offerings of an All You Can Eat table top bbq menu where guests get to cook their meal themselves.

We are looking for friendly, hard working, energetic people to come join our team.

Locations in Rancho Cordova and Elk Grove.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promoting the highest standard of service at the restaurant

• Maintaining efficient operation of the restaurant

• Interviewing, Hiring, Training, and Scheduling employees

• Assisting with Inventory, Deliveries, and Paperwork as needed

• Giving feedback and correction

• Taking disciplinary action and handling termination of employees when necessary

• Resolving conflicts and problems that arise in the kitchen

• Assisting in any areas of the restaurant as needed
• Cutting vegetables and prepping side dishes
• Cutting meat and prepping sauces
• Making birthday drinks
• Preparing side dish and various dishes
• Helping prep salad/sauces/sauces
• Working line and keeping area clean

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maintains a dedicated, friendly and professional attitude at all times

• Team player

• Highly adaptable, fast learner

• Works well in a fast pace and hectic environment

• Previous leadership/management experience is required
• Maintains an energetic, friendly and caring attitude at all time
• 2-3 years experience with knife skills
• Highly adaptable, fast learner
