Junior UX Designer Job at Leeds Professional Resources
Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in the Tampa area that is looking for a junior UX designer to join their growing team. Below are key responsibilities and qualifications. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Design platform and product experiences from start to finish, participating and helping to lead in all phases of design, from definition to development and optimization
- Manage product design quality through engineering to ensure releases are continually meeting product design standards and achieving an optimal customer experience
- Participate in continuous research and iterative delivery of customer archetypes, personas, and journeys
- Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity, informed by user research, market research, and business goals
- Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work through implementation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years hands-on experience in digital product design and/or UX and UI design
- Knowledge of the end-to-end iterative human-centered design process, including how to develop and use personas, journey mapping, content strategy, art direction, and user testing
- Proficiency product design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Jira, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
