Job Title: Java Microservices Developer
Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania
Travel/Relocation/Remote: Onsite
Job Type: Full time with benefits
- Design, write, test, debug, and maintain server-side components of the platform
- Participate in design and architectural discussions.
- Review business requirements and ability to perform a technical analysis of requirements and participating in estimation process
- Collaborate with other team members on assignments
- Meet milestones and deadlines appropriately
- Solve complex design problems and production issues
- Report progress on tasks and projects
- Understand and improve underlying Server-side architecture
- Strive for continuous improvement of Development Process & standards
- Strong experience on design and development on Spring Boot platform
- Good understanding of design and architecture principles
- Proficient in Java tech stack
- understanding of a microservices architecture including professional experience in the design build and operations of micro services in a production environment.
- Experience designing REST APIs and implementing RESTful web services Understanding of SOAP REST web services Good understanding of DevOps.
- Experience in designing data persistence system using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS MongoDB OracleDB.
- Good understanding of SCRUM Agile methodology.
- Experience in the management of a small team of IT professionals.
