Integrity Staffing is partnering with a local IT (MSP) company, who is seeking a Tier 3/ IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team!
The Project Manager would still be leading customer service for accounts but their main focus would be executing larger projects, and leading a team in those projects.
That means the qualified person will have previous experience with Email migration projects, moving servers into the cloud, migrating old servers to new servers, and larger server issues, etc.
This is also someone who has high energy, a motivating personality, and a natural sense of urgency to complete large projects.
But also keep the team on track with those projects.
This is a direct hire opportunity to join an awesome IT company, with a great culture in the Broken Arrow area.
Other duties will include:
- .Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Account management and customer communication
*MSP experience is a plus
*Microsoft Certifications is a huge plus
The pay is $60K - 80K. Company could consider more, depending on experience. Plus Bonuses!
