ISR White Force Expert Job at Eiden Systems Corporation
Eiden Systems Corporation is looking for an experienced Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance White Force Expert to support the 805 Test Squadron/Combined Air Operations Center-Nellis (CAOC-N) located at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
What you’ll be doing
· Provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) subject matter expertise to the 805TS/CAOC-N Scenario Development and Exercise Execution Team.
· Work within a specialized team of experts, including external service and national agencies, to train established tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) relevant to air operations and air component capabilities.
· Develop Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) entries and theater threat presentation products (e. g. orders of battle, threat country tactics, etc.), to enhance exercise realism.
· Collect, consolidate, and integrate deployed ISR unit training objectives into exercise scenario inputs.
· Shape, fuse, and influence the content, form, and format of tailored, timely, accurate and relevant intelligence assessments.
· Incorporate C2 lessons learned from service and joint experimentation, as well as exercises.
· Provide scenario design expertise to inform programming of the Air and Space Constructive
· Provide training to White Force personnel on current and emerging adversary TTPs.
· Position will support planning (Concept development, Initial Planning, Mid Planning, Final Planning), execution and Lessons Learned/TTP development for ShOC Capstone exercise.
Required Qualification
· 6 years’ experience and a degree or experience equivalent
· TS/SCI clearance
· Experience creating exercise scenarios that require multi-source, complex technical intelligence that varies in clarity and validity.
· Experience with Environment-Information Operations Suite (ASCE-IOS), CAOC-N Modeling and Simulation System.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
