Investment Product Analyst Job at Putnam Investments
The Investment Product Analyst (IPA) will work closely with the Investment Directors to provide product support for Putnam’s fixed income strategies. The IPA will provide product, market, and portfolio commentary, create and maintain value-added marketing communications, and produce client/prospect portfolio analysis. The IPA will maintain a working knowledge of a variety of fixed income sectors, including investment grade and high yield corporate credit, as well as securitized debt. The role encompasses both new business activity as well as existing investment client service. As part of this role, the IPA will work closely with the fixed income investment management team and the institutional, retail, and defined contribution distribution channels.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the investment industry.
- Experience in trading, structuring, or analyzing debt securities a plus
- Working knowledge of fixed income strategies and markets
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFA or progression towards CFA Certification preferred
- Series 7 and 63 desired
