Internal Operations Coordinator Job at Phantom Fireworks
Phantom Fireworks, the industry leader in consumer fireworks, is seeking an Internal Operations Coordinator for the Eastern Region Tent Division. This position is full-time, year-round. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
The Eastern Region Tent Division is responsible for the seasonal operation of approximately 500 temporary sales locations across 13 states for the 4th of July Season. In addition to 4th of July, there are smaller seasonal operations for other holidays, including Diwali and New Year’s Eve.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Internal Operations Manager and Field Managers;
- Assist with the management of daily operational activities;
- Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
- Run background checks on applicants;
- Request checks from Accounts Payable;
- Assist with training/orientation for tent operators;
- Update Executive Team on progress and initiatives;
- Assist other departments in the office as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; or
- 2-3 years successful management experience in a corporate office setting;
- Resolve problematic situations efficiently;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize;
- Ability to work extended hours during peak season(s).
