Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently recruiting for a full time Intake Coordinator to the Adult Outpatient Program in North Bend, OR.
Job Description:
The successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, professional, possesses a strong work ethic, is able to provide top-quality service to our clients, and is an highly effective communicator.
Job Duties:
- Answer general inquiries via in-person reception, telephone and/or email.
- Operate a variety of complex office equipment which includes automated equipment utilizing specialized databases, spreadsheets and Electronic Medical Records systems.
- This position reports to the Director or Supervisor who assign work on a daily or project-level basis and who oversee the work activities of the individual and team. Employee is responsible for completing assigned work by timelines provided; work is reviewed periodically and/or once annually.
- Employee is expected to assist in the training and support of co-workers and internal and external customers.
- Written and oral guidelines, industry-based standards, reports and materials, and Department and Division policies and procedures provide framework; some Independent judgment is necessary in aspects of the position including identifying and resolving challenges; if necessary, issue or question may be referred to supervisor or other managerial contact within department.
- Will be required to achieve productivity standards as set forth and outlined by your manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
