We are looking for someone with physical ability to push and pull totes from one location to another. This position has a physical demand. Work hours are 12 hour shifts.

1st shift- 6am- 6:30pm with alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

2nd shift- 6pm- 6:30am with alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages ensuring accuracy.
•  Pack finished and/or in-process goods into correct packages and boxes.
•  Complete assigned production tracking reports.
•  Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
•  Move finished and/or in-process goods on the designated areas.
•  Ability to perform basic mathematical calculation.
•  This position ensures the quality of products through thorough assessment and analyses using specific procedural standards for integrity.
•  Performs inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications.
• Utilizes standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and test rigs.
• Processes associated documentation, including process tags, rework tags and nonconforming material documents.
• Works under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
• Sets up and operates machines as needed.
• Performs work on an assembly line using multiple materials and adhesives if applicable.
• Inspects / Packs finished parts and labels finished goods.
• Uses gages and or other measurement equipment, and works from specifications or work instructions if applicable.
• Inspect received, in process, and finished goods compared to specifications.
• Reports maintenance mechanical, electrical or other problems to supervisor.
• Completes and maintains records according to production and quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of areas according to 6S program.
• Performs all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of quality and safety.
