Advantage Contractor Supply (Division of Scott Electric), has an opening for a counter tool sales person in our Pittsburgh, PA location . The hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm but may vary based on business needs.

In this position you will be working with contractors and industrial customers on a wide variety of tool products used by contractors. Candidate will be involved in sales, repair prep, rentals, etc.

Candidate must have passion for sales and a drive to succeed, and a desire to advance to an outside sales position.

Qualified candidates should have knowledge of tools, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership traits. College degree and previous sales experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of tools
• Basic computer skills
• Sales driven
• Must have good communication skills.
• A good Inside Sales Representative is proficient at communicating with customers and convincing them to purchase products. They must be confident in both their selling capabilities and the product or service they’re selling. Inside Sales Representatives should also possess effective negotiation skills to get the customer to come to the company’s terms, preferences and prices for certain products.
