Utility Partners of America (UPA) Greenville is GROWING and seeking highly motivated individuals to join its team. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Typical day consists of performing outbound calls to our customer base and selling home protection plans from a well-known, reputable energy company!

Location: Greenville, SC and surrounding areas.

Salary: hourly base-pay, PLUS COMMISSION (NO CAP)

Requirements:

  • Ability to work one of the three shifts offered

1) Monday - Friday 12pm-8-30pm
2) Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-6pm Saturday 8:30am-1:30pm
3) Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 8am-12pm

  • At least 1-year outbound phone sales experience (or similar)
  • Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette
  • Ability to read a script naturally
  • Ability to close phone sales and overcome customer objections while meeting sales goals.
  • PC experience required with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic, Confident, and Self-Motivated
  • Reliability, Punctuality, and great work ethic

Qualifications:

  • A Background check will be ran.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
