Inside Sales Representative Job at Rapid Tax Solutions
We are seeking a call center agents to join our team! This job will require you to call business owners through our leads and ask them a few questions to see if their business qualifies. No experience required!
Rapid Tax Solutions assists business owners during the business hours of 9:30 AM- 7PM, regarding a Covid-19 relief program through the government called ERC (Employee Retention Credit).
Responsibilities:
- Call Leads to business owners across the USA
- Educating and qualifying business owners for the ERC
- Fill out a simple applicating regarding a few questions from the business owner
- If business qualifies, you will be paid per application
Qualfications:
- As a Rapid employee, you must be enthusiastic when calling business owners to provide them a chance at qualifying for this program.
- As a Rapid employee, you must provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, through our website, text messages, social media, etc.
- Ability to effectively critical think and problem solve on the spot.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bingham Farms, MI 48025: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
