Abrams Realty is seeking an Inside sales representative for our Virginia Beach, VA office. This position plays a key role in growing real estate professionals in our organization and growing their sales. This staff member will engage with a team of Client Care Coordinators, Potential clients, Existing Clients, and Real Estate professionals. The position requires a real “sales” pro with exceptional, proven telephone & social media skills, impeccable follow-up, and great customer service. This role has uncapped income potential, Compensation is a direct result of your effort, We off a Competitive Compensation plan, and robust bonus Structure including bonuses for key hires.
The Inside sales Representatives Primary job responsibilities include:
- Participate in Outbound and inbound lead calling Efforts both cold and warm.
- Contact potential real estate clients to communicate the benefits of working with our company; articulate value proposition, and benefits of homeownership.
- Schedule clients to meet with Agents.
- Work as a team to achieve Conversion and sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
